MiCollab IDS Synchronization - Detained Entry File
« on: January 29, 2020, 08:58:05 AM »
Anyone,

After performing a Sync with AD it pulled in several hundred users; like it was supposed to do. The issue was the AD didn't have all of the information needed for each user so they deleted all of the detained entries; even the ones that were correct. Now it won't pull in any of the users that were previously deleted in the detained entries, but a new ones come in just fine.

How do you get it to allow those deleted entries to be resynchronized into the system without making changes to each one in AD? Is there a file someone that I can delete to remove the restriction on those that have been deleted previously and haven't been updated?

Would deleting the IDS entry for that AD and recreating it do the trick?

Thanks,

TE

Under the IDS setup page there is an option to 'Reinitialise on next cycle'
Tick this and then sync.
