Call forwarding buttons

We have a Mitel system with primarily 5212 phones.  We have several technicians and it is cumbersome to have to manually program all calls to be forwarded to our cell phones, so we were wondering if it would be possible to set the soft keys so that all we have to do is hit the soft key and the calls get sent to our cell phones.

Add a Call Forward Always button the phone.  It acts as a on/off toggle to the last number you forwarded it to.

f you have a feature access code for forwarding a call you can also add speedcalls for each tech if you have the keys.

So if your FAC to forward is #67

Key 2 (Fwd to Matticus) = #67(Matticus' Number)
Key 3 (Fwd to Ralph)     = #67(Ralph's Number)
Key 4 (Fwd to Zulu)       = #67(My Number)
Key 5 (Cancel Fwd)        = FAC to cancel FWD
