No CTI generated for deviceCTI
« on: January 17, 2020, 02:50:20 PM »
I am getting this message on extension 2055: 3043 - No CTI generated for deviceCTI is not being generated for device 2055.  The last voice stream ended just now, but the last CTI event we got for the device happened on 1/17/2020 11:35:17 AM

What is it, and how do I fix it?

Thank you for your help.

Scott

Hi Scott,
Have been head scratching myself on this one for a week and no documentation to support or resolve.
Mitel ticket raised and they recommend restarting the Level2 OAI service that corresponds to the PBX such as Level2OAI_MitelDriver.
You can confirm which service is in use in Call Recording admin, older versions used Mitel MutliNode driver.
Even if you got resolved wanted to add this as this is the only thread that appears on a google search for the issue.
Cheers,

Biggie

I'm getting the same errors..

ALARM: 3043 - No CTI generated for device
MESSAGE: CTI is not being generated for device 1347.  The last voice stream ended just now, but no CTI events have ever occurred for the device.

I will be trying your fix, will post back later..
Yesterday we restarted the Oaisys server, but the errors still came in this afternoon.
