Manage Alarm Notifications

Hello:

I'm trying to turn on Manage Alarm Notifications available from the SAD tool.

Right clicking and selecting "Manage Alarm Notifications".  Unfortunately, the screen is greyed out and says "Disabled".  How do I enable the feature.

I'm not intered in email alerts, but to be able to access this screen and scroll through the alarms.

I would appreciate any tips.

I'm thinking that your role has to be set from the default 'Access to Standard Tools' to the 'Access to Advanced Utilities' within the programmers Options. I think you might also need to have a user setup in the system but not 100% on that.

The role was setup already for "Access to Advanced Utils" already, but I did not have a admin user in Users.

  Verify your Role

  Add a User as admin
