ACD Path Do Not Disturb

Hi,

MIVB 8x

Currently, my customer facing problem where the ACD path is 'Out Of Service' while all agent are available. Out of 20 ACD path assign, only 1 ACD path is out of service. 19 of it working in order.

Run command 'Locate Feature (PathNumber)' found out that

The number refers to an ACDII Path.
Pilot Number: 5001
Active Feature :
Do Not Disturb

After cancel the DND via remote, now the Path available to received a call.

We disable all DND feature in COS to prevent the same error.
Do Not Disturb   : NO
Do Not Disturb - Access to Remote Phone    :NO
Do Not Disturb Permanent    : NO

How can this happen while the is not Feature Access code set for DND? or there is timer setting related with DND in COS?
