Mitel UC360 on MiVoice Office 250
« on: November 26, 2019, 10:29:29 AM »
Hi, I have recently setup a Mitel UC360 on a Mitel MiVoice Office 250 using a CAT F License. However, the end user is unable to get the video conferencing aspect of it working. Any suggestions as to why this is the case?

Isn't that stuff geared towards MiCollab?

Is the UC360 licensed up to alow video?

When you buy these conference phones there are two different types, Voice only and Voice / Video, there are different part numbers but I believe the only difference is a license applied to the actual phone.

Ryanc,

The phone and the camera have to be in the same peer-2-peer profile or it won’t work.

Also only certain cameras are guaranteed to work by Mitel so make sure it is one of those.

Also, as stated previously it has to be the video variant of the UC-360 in order to work with a camera.

There is actually a certification for the UC-360 that covers all of this.

Thanks,

TE
