SIP trunk gives up trying to login
« on: November 21, 2019, 11:05:20 PM »
So we had an issue over night where the SIP provider we use for 2 Mitel systems had some issue over night. Both Mitels just needed the trunk resaved to force a login and then all was sweet.
It seems the PBX just gives up retrying.
If there a setting (and if so, where is it) that adjusts it's retry times etc?

Thanks,

I’ve seen this before, after trying so many times they will just give up.  In network elements just toggle the SIP network from auto to disabled, save then back to auto and save.

Thanks very much. I'll note that for next time.
