PMS Protocol
« on: November 12, 2019, 09:15:55 AM »
What protocol does PMS on the 3300 use on port 15374? I thought it was the "SX-200" protocol but someone mentioned "SX-2000" protocol. Is there a difference?

There is no "SX-200" or "SX-2000" protocol, although PMS systems may have a setting for that... Mitel systems use Hyatt Encore PMS protocol for the PBX interface, and your choice of Hyatt Encore or HIS for the Voicemail interface depending on your setting in the programming.

The PBX protocol is only Hyatt Encore... Even the Mitel PMS Emulator software says it's "Hyatt Encore"
