So I tried to make it to work this morning and after 2 hours was only 1/2 there. So I turned around and headed for our northern office since there was no traffic that way. After I radio'd my boss to let him know what my plan was, one of our dispatchers called and said "I'm confused. You took the day off so why are you coming in?" I had forgotten that I had planned an extra day off this last weekend because my wife and I planed on going to the west side of the state to see family and I planned on staying the night. We canceled the trip because of the storm and then I forgot I had the day off.
That sucked.
