Is there a way to use mitel console (the app in the pc) as apart of ring group ?
I want the call to ring both console in the pc and mitel 6940 phone with the guest service

Unofficially, if you have external hot desk user licenses you can create an EHDU that points to the console. Then you can add the EHDU extension to the ring group
I tested it successfully, but when I went to roll out they said they didnt want it any more so I have not used in production

He means that the EHDU dials a LDN on the console
