Mitel Connect and Outlook

Sorry if this is not the right place for this question.

I have several users that have a Mitel login box that keeps popping up when they start up outlook. We can't get it to go away and for some reason it keeps adding extra backslashes each time. (i.e. "domain\\\\\\user"

I have disabled all Outlook add-ons and disabled all Mitel options that have to do with Outlook. No luck. Any thoughts?

See if there is any Shoretel/Mitel TAPI component installed run TELEPHON.CPL and look on the "Advanced" tab.

Sounds Like (ShoreTel Client) MiVoice Connect Client
and the password previously used is no longer valid

If you have the PC app running
Click on the Down Arrow next to the word connect
Select Settings
Select Outlook
If checked  uncheck Sync my exchange calendar
uncheck Sync my outlook contacts
The above is if you do not use them

Or if you are using AD and SSO re-sync the AD
