Moving from SX200 to Mitel 3300
« on: October 30, 2019, 12:00:25 PM »
Hello,

Currently in the process of moving from our sx200 system to mitel 3300 with new phones (6920-6930). Anyone have recommendations on blue tooth headsets to use with the Mitel 6930 phone? Looking into the Jarbra Pro 925.

thanks

The 6930 can have a headset panel added to it so that the headset is very integrated. It's a very neat and attractive option.

We are very much a Plantronics shop over Jabra... Nothing against Jabra, just had great luck with Plantronics since the 1990's so we stick with what works, so I would recommend the Plantronics Voyager 5200 series.

Going from an SX200 to a 3300 is the larger issue here, if the headset thing is the most troublesome problem you have, congratulate your vendor, they did a wonderful job. Usually the switch is kind of painful for customers, especially in hospitality environments.
