A customer with a small motel is having a MiVoice 470 installed next week. I am programming the system according to the customers request. The office is not open 24/7 so when no one is at the front desk after hours, the customer wants internal calls to the front desk to go to a cell phone. I thought perhaps I could do this through a switch position in the CDE but there is not an option for an external transfer. I tried playing around with creating a user and setting up forwarding but I was not successful. I am sure this can be done but I just can't find worthwhile documentation that will provide the necessary information. I would appreciate whatever assistance anyone can provide.
