Mivoice Business and Nupoint

I have a mitel 3300 cxii and we are using nupoint for the vm. We are having an issue where the MWI is not coming on.
We were looking into setting up the HCI Rerouting hunt group and were guided to work with the offline configuration.
We clicked on Network Elements and were told to select the ICP we wanted to edit and click edit. The issue is we can't select the icp because it has a lock icon on the check box.
We can't figure out why it's locked and we are halted at this point trying to get it unlocked so we can point the nupoint to the hci rerouting hunt group we created.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the NuPoint in MiCollab Server? If yes you will need to modify that in "User and Services"
