Upgrading UC360 Firmware
« on: September 19, 2019, 02:52:16 PM »
Hey all, I have a UC360 that I factory reset (including firmware).  Now trying to upgrade to latest firmware.  I have pointed it to 66.46.196.182:8080 but am getting an error that software upgrade cannot connect to that IP/port.  Last I checked that was the public IP from Mitel to get new firmware...anyone know if that is still the case, or has this IP changed?  or are they not providing that any longer?

Thanks!

I wasn't even aware this was possible... It only takes a few minutes to do it via USB. Just keep a USB with the latest version on it in your bag. I also keep tftpd64 installed with the latest software (for this and other things like MiVO250 upgrades).

dhumes0524,

That is Mitel's FTP site for uploading information for customer sites and is no longer used for that as far as I know. I am looking at it now and there are only a handful of folders on there and none of them are for the UC 360.

What you could do is setup your own site for that and keep it up to date if you want all of your customer's UC 360 to stay up to date.

Thanks,

TE
