Delay on IP-Phone and interruptions with hold music

Hello there!
We have a brand new Mitel MiVoice Business 400 and we experiencing some issues with our IP Softphones.
We didn't find a solution until now, that's why I ask you for help.

If we call someone (wether it's a costumer or an employee) it has always a 2-3 second delay until we can hear each other. Also if I put the person on hold, the music has always some interruptions.

We tested the network and there is no packet missing.. the jitter buffer seems to be alright, also.

What software version you running on the MiVO 400 and softphones?
We did have a customer running on an old software level and Mitel advised us to upgrade to v6.1.

Have not had the issue since.

Thanks for the advice.
It's funny that we finally got an answer to our question from the mitel support yesterday and they send us a Beta-Version of the MiVoice 2380 Softphone software which seems to fix the issue. (Our Version is 4.3.5.0 now)
