Hello there!
We have a brand new Mitel MiVoice Business 400 and we experiencing some issues with our IP Softphones.
We didn't find a solution until now, that's why I ask you for help.
If we call someone (wether it's a costumer or an employee) it has always a 2-3 second delay until we can hear each other. Also if I put the person on hold, the music has always some interruptions.
We tested the network and there is no packet missing.. the jitter buffer seems to be alright, also.
