Automate Dialing with Mitel software?

Is there a way to automate (dialing) using Mitel Connect software? 

In the past we've done this by referencing a dll in our development IDE then using methods of this dll to invoke the dialing process.  Does the Mitel Connect software have a similar dll or way to automate dialing?

This is a terrific forum, most helpful thank you.  Unfortunately I do not have and answer to, what seems like a most basic type of question, yet so.  I am abandoning this question and most like will not be back here anytime soon and just wanted to let whoever know.
