I have a customers Mitel 3000 system with voice mail that is not answering with the built in auto attendant. All settings look fine but calls are directed to a message that says . No one is available to take your call. What could be the solution. Voicemail boxes do work fine. Thanks.

I think you will need to re-record the primary system greeting again (log into system administration mailbox 999).  When you hear the message, are the options still working (press 1,2,3 etc)?
