Call Routing Help

I'm sure this is a pretty simple task for most of you guys but looking to route calls for certain users.  Call needs to come into her ext. and if not there needs to go to ext 1200 and if they are busy needs to go to ext 1208.  I'm raised on a 5000 and its a bit different in a 3300.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

You will need to set an entry on Call Rerouting First Alternatives to be to 1200, then an entry on Call Rerouting Second Alternatives to be to 1208.

Then in the Call Rerouting Form go to her extension and put the number you set for the First Alternative in that column, and then the number for the Second Alternative in that respective column.

In general do not change the First and Second Alternative destination for row "1" (basically keeping Call Rerouting First Alternative "1" and Second Alternative "1" as "don't do anything special")
