outgoing yes, incoming no for Sip
« on: August 05, 2019, 11:48:01 AM »
I have a system that worked great until I believe a power surge happened. I can make Outgoing calls on the SIP line (Port 5060) but can not get incoming. It's as if our routing is messed up. Our Sip provider is showing us at a 1034 port. Mitel said it is more likely a hop in the routing but getting stuck there. I called our SIP provider and they tried to make an incoming call but can't even see it on their end. I had Mitel Teamview in and verify all ports and IP's. Can you think of anything else it could be.

RLyon,

Have you turned on the SIP trace in the system to see if you are receiving the SIP packets?

Thanks,

TE
