Mitel 5540 Release Key having issues

I have a customer with a 5540 phone on their new Mitel SX-200 installation. A couple times a day it seems as though the release key is not releasing the call. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve?

The release key on the SuperConsole 1000 and 5540 IP console has a tendency to stick down if not hit in the middle of the key... Other than that, not seen this as an issue.
