HotLine for SIP-DECT phones

hello.

I have MiVoice Office 400 6.1 and OMM 8.0. I have few Mitel SIP-Dect phone 600d series, and 2 Plantronics DECT headset. How can I set HotLine to these phones.

You can create hotline either under the terminal configuration or the user configuration. In WebAdmin, use the search function if you're not sure where a setting is. Also, once you are in the configuration page, you can use the "?" or online help for some guidance.

I did it like You wrote few days ago, but it does not work..... Thats why I'm asking here, get an advice of the more experienced people in MiVO 400 than Me :)

okay, using these phones as hotline destination have no issues. But I understand using these phones to initiate the hotline call do. I think it is because of the behaviour in going off-hook. The only way I could get it to work was to dial and send # after I get the internal dial tone. But that is akin to speed dial or like pressing the man down button on the 632d to dial the number programmed on it...

Let's wait for others to chime in.
