We are Developing an Interface (ATAS) from the Mitel 400 to our software, for Connection of Nurse Call systems and Fire Panels etc.
we have messaging of patient /Emergency / Duress Alarms being received by the DECT Phones, but the problem is the Ring or Alert Tones are not (i am not sure this is the correct phrase) Serious enough
Is it possible to upload ringtones to the DECT Phones (Specifically the 622 and 632 or to the Mitel 400?
I have looked but cant find anything that says you can
