Mitel Skype Softphone Plug-In....

Folks, looking for a little help - we've been rolling out the Mitel Platform across our business with a mixture of Physical Handsets (6920) and the Mitel Skype Plug-In Softphone.
Currently we're just using Teleworker mode for everything but will likely move some users across to direct once we get the circuit installed.

We're having no end of issues with the Skype Plug-in however and I wondered if these were possible issues that have been experienced before:


  • Plug-in Box constantly disappears after a call necessitating a full reboot of the PC
  • Constantly prompts for Mitel Credentials even after a user has logged in
  • Unlike v a Physical Handset it seems impossible to "pickup" a call within the group if another ext is ringing
