MiCC IVR External Transfer Issue
« on: June 18, 2019, 09:01:20 AM »
Guys,

Here is another one I can't seem to wrap my head around. If I have an external transfer to a 10-digit local number or a Long Distance number 1+ it seems to go out just fine.

If I have an external transfer to a 1-8XX number then it always adds 011 to the front of it. Where do I fix this issue at?

Thanks,

TE

Sounds like you should start with the "ARS Digits Dialled" form and see what route the digits 18 get sent to

VinceWhirlwind,

I see it adding 011 prior to it going to the 3300 when I look at the port log that the call was answered by in the IVR. What I have been unsuccessful at it figuring out where that is changed in the MiCC so that it doesn't do that.

Thanks,

TE
