STAR Question

Does Day/Night service key override a STAR?  I have a customer that needs a STAR setup but needs the ability of override on certain occasions.  Thanks

BlackSunshine,

That all depends on how you program it.

We typically will have 2 separate Call Routing Tables, 1-Day and 2-Night. During the day the DID will go to the STAR and at Night it will go to a CRA for Inclement Weather.

You can also set the STAR to react to Day Mode and Night Mode as well by checking the box for Day or Night or Both.
