Is there a way to measure call volume on the 3300? Would like to compare call volume throughout the year. Not sure if it's possible. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks

Hi,
take a look at the SMDR Output. You can open a port to the mcd and record the data live or you can export the data over the scheduler
