Cannot Login into Mitel 3300 Mxe (MCD 4.2)

Hi guys,

I am having an issue to login into a Mitel 3300 Mxe (MCD 4.2). Everytime i tried to login i am getting an error that the password is incorrect. I login in into vx works and try to reset all password. I used RESET_LOGIN_PASSWORD , ResetAllLoginPasswords , Reset_All_Login_Passwords but the pbx is not accepting any of those commands.

Can someone help me out how i can reset the users login password?

Before i forget to ask, is it possible to backup a pbx trough vxworks ?

I think on 4.2 you need to connect directly to the maintenance RS-232 port on the front panel to reset the passwords.

Set your terminal to 9600-8N1 and press enter a couple time, then enter ResetAllLoginPasswords at the prompt and this will reset the password of all admin accounts. If you know the account name (like system), you can enter ResetLoginPassword "system" at the prompt to only reset that password.

The system should respond with an attempt message, a summation, then a success message (value = 0 = 0x0)
