Hi there
We have an contractor who is located in our building with their external number. This number is call forwarded (internally) from our Mitel phones.
When people cant reach them they press 0 to return to the attendant which goes to our front desk. However they want to disable that so that our receptionist isn't bombarded with callbacks. How do I disable that on each of the extensions.
For example the external number is 555 555-5551 (this number is not on our system)
Our voip numbers are 9990,9991,9992,9993. On the nupoint system the attendant extension is blank.
Any suggestions?

Add the attendant value to be the same as the mailbox?
