I'm trying to get all Critical and Major notifications sent to an email. I have the email gateway set up. Admin e-mail, email address and user email are all the same. I am using smtp2go as my server port 2525. I created an admin user on the systems not associated to a device. I enabled that user to get notifications in the System admin tool as well as the User Admin related field. One System is an IP only system and add a sip trunk to the system to trigger a Major alarm, but I am not receiving any emails. Is there more to it?
