Night Mode report

Is there a way to find out if someone is putting phones into night mode?

I have one site in particular that the AA is saying at times that the office is closed. We have hours all setup to automatically go into night mode at certain times)ie before 8am,after 5pm) I have a feeling that a user is putting the phones manually into night mode and need to prove it.

That info will be in the Maintenance Logs and look like this:

SYSTEM SERVICE: Dept 0 now in NIGHT 1 Service. Reason: 1 Dialed by device 1202

It's worth noting they may not know they're doing it if there's a mislabeled or unlabeled speed call key.
