Analog ports randomly busying out
« on: April 16, 2019, 02:09:36 PM »
I've got a Hotel with an EL lightware 19 that is having a strange problem with analog room extension randomly busying out.  It never seems to be the same port twice, just every few days another 1-3 ports busied out.  Logs show "Inject codec test alarm code 6" for these extensions.
Any thoughts?

Disable lamp test (Form 4, System Option #2 - Message Lamp Test Enable), and go onsite and remove every card and blow out the dust from the cabinets, then from each card individually. 99% of the time this is dust buildup on the ONS station cards, been an issue since the 12 port ONS cards were released, especially in high humidity environments.
