How to setup voicemail to email to send as a specific domain
« on: April 12, 2019, 06:54:50 PM »
We have two mitel servers that is going to microsoft relay server to send voicemail as an email. One server can pass the relay server just fine and the other is not. The only difference i can see is that when Server A is sending the email it is showing as 1234@domainA.com as for the other server its sending as 5678@10.10.33.5. From what I can tell its allowing the one with domainA.com because its our domain as for the other one since its in the form of IP its being denied. How can I set my other mitel server so when it sends and email it will be 5678@domainA.com. Thanks for the help guys, amazing as always!

Both servers are mitel 3300

You are correct. VM Network Server form is what you want.
