Get raw data in a table from MiCC

Hello,

my client wants to do some bell curve charts of abandoned calls.

However with CCMWeb I can only get the calls spread in a spectrum, making the data unusable for the purpose.

With a lifecycle chart I can access all the calls of the day, or alternatively looking at the SMDR data, but I'm not going to do this manually, we're talking about hundreds of abandoned calls a day.

Alternatively if you know how to get the data from the SQL database, that could also work.

I'm not a DBA but we have given access to the SQL database to one of our clients and they just extract their own data or create their own reports.
There are some existing 'views' already created.

If they know what their doing I don't believe it's that difficult, they will just need access to the MSSQL.

If you want the raw data it is kept in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Mitel\MiContact Center\DataDirectory\Node_{xx} directory of the MiCC server. Each file will be prefixed with either a (ACD Data), s (SMDR Data) or t (Trunk Data)

Hi Ronan, did you manage to make any progress with querying the database? We have tried this alternative and we've been finding very difficult make sense of the data and it seems to be based on your configuration which probably is not the right one for reporting. Any advice? Thanks.

Did anyone manage to find SQL access to the call data?

In an old ShoreTel system, we had access to a MySql "CDR" database.  Looking for something similar in Mitel MiVoice Business or MiCC.
