I might be able to help, although I'm based in U.K. so not sure how that works for you with time difference?  Do you have a scope of the works that need carrying out?  I use to install loads of them so know them inside out (10 years + experience with Mitel) but I tend to only touch the larger MiVoice Business and apps nowadays.

I'm interested. I've taken care of 14 networked MiV 250 Office systems for almost 3 years. Just finished my MiVo 250 I&M Training and Challenge Exam last week. Sys Admin for 16 years.
