Logged in to EDocs via the portal this morning, and get the following notice:

Quote
On March 26th, Mitel will migrate all content available on www.edocs.mitel.com (accessing which currently requires a login) to a public space within www.mitel.com.

Hmm... I see this both as a blessing and a curse... Now several of my customers will search for something and find it online and call and say "it says you can do this in the manual" not understanding the implications or what's required like licensing and what not.

Guys,

After the transition period they will only be carrying the current release and the previous 2 major releases. If you need anything older you have to put in a request for it.

We are currently downloading all of the documents for the versions we have and support to eliminate that procedure.
