Office 365 integration - Calendar?

Running MiCollab 8.1.1.11 on our MAS server
Trying to get corporate calendar integration working at the server.
I have entered my credentials (I am Office 365 admin) and the connection succeeds, but when I look in the client, it just sits and refreshes
What am I missing?

Don't think personal contacts have much to do with calendar. Personal contact are either Outlook or Win10 values

Sorry - trying to do too many things at once
So, am I supposed to be able to see appointments on my PC client once this is "integrated"? I guess I assumed this integration would include contacts.

And (unrelated?) I am unable to figure out how to import/sync contacts on my PC with Outlook 2016 (365) using the 8.1 client.

Outlook and personal contacts should work, might need a ticket with Mitel to find out why it isn't in your case. Calendar is more for changing statuses if you setup a meeting from what I recall.

Appreciate the help. Finally got the calendar sync working as designed.

As an end-user - can I open a ticket, or do I have to go through our installer?
I have tried reinstalling and reinstalling the client, but I don't even see an option to sync personal contacts.
The quick guide says: Click Settings > General > Personal Contacts and then I can configure as shown in attached contacts1.png
What I see see what is shown in the attached contacts2.png
If I go to look at Personal Contacts i see what is shown in attached image contacts3.png
The IM / Outlook integration seems to have stopped working as well for some reason.
Our installer who did the upgrade didn't have any answers.

I like some things about the 8.1 client, but I don't find it very easy to configure...

*** UPDATE ***
Installed on another computer and Outlook contact import works fine but trying to initiate chat from Outlook can't associate to correct contact in MiCollab.

Are there server settings that could be screwing up my MiCollab install?
I cleaned the registry and what I could find in Program Files(x86) before the last reinstall.

You would need to contact your var to get a tech support ticket going with Mitel
