SX-200 adding two guest rooms. Caller ID not populating

I added two TDM licenses to the system and connected the two phones. The two most recently added extensions do not populate the name on the extension. PMS is working (turned off lodging) and all other rooms display the guest's name when they check call down the front desk. The VM box of the extension is setup as a guest. When you look in Form 09 you do not see the name their either. It is almost like the system is ignoring the name coming across.

Cos the same as other guest rooms?

Yes the COS is the same. Do you need to order VM license?
