how do I clear an alarm for the following:

   Category Name      Alarm Level      Total      Unavailable% / Faults      Minor Threshold      Major Threshold      Critical Threshold      
   ICP Comms Card      Major      4      25%      >0      25%      100%

Indicates that IP trunking has failed or that the E2T card is not functioning... Check your Xnet trunking to other cluster elements.
