Load contacts into 6920 phone via the MCD?
« on: February 11, 2019, 09:54:39 AM »
Rather than have users program contacts into their 6920 phones using the phone itself, can I load them in from the MCD, like I do with Keys?

Thank you,

Scott

If you mean the Personal contacts then I don't know how you would do it.

You could put them in the telephone directory but of course everyone would be able to see them.

OK, that confirms it. I've printed up instructions for the end users.

Thank you,

Scott

Yeah, the ability to configure a global external contacts directory would be good.
If you have any particularly vital ones, you should enter the external number once as a system speed dial, then give all handsets that speed dial number as a key on their phones.
