Micollab Call Flow

I create a call flow in micollab
the problem is that  in the menu i added a record but it is stop and retry in the middle of the file is there a way to configure after how much time i want to retry the file?

Does the prompt have a timeout timer? If so try increasing it. It's probably reaching the timeout before finishing.

It wouldn't be in the file itself. In the menu settings.

No one really knows how this is set up and what your exact problem is. I have never had issues where it does a retry in the middle of a prompt
