« on: February 08, 2019, 03:18:03 PM »
Hello,

We have an issue where all members of the operator group will randomly get chirps on their Mitel Phones.

Mitel 5000 PBX with 5320e Phones.

if I catch it in time, it says "Intercom call" - but .......

Thanks.

Also, Firewall is blocked to 5060 and only accepting calls from IP's from SIP Provider.

baileyj,

It is impossible to provide an answer without any information. Have you looked at the OAI stream to see what is going on?

Thanks,

TE

Not sure what you mean -

This system is brand new to me so I apologize for the lack of answers.

Also, I was just having a laugh and being snark - My fault.

baileyj,

The OAI Stream is everything that is going on in the system. You would need to setup your system to send out the information and then read it. If you don't know how to read the stream then you will need to call Mitel or post it on the forums here.

Is it possible all of those phones are in an ACD Hunt Group and they are getting an alert that there is a call waiting to be answered?

Thanks,

TE
