SIP Trk Problem

Hi,
I have a curious problem here, I have an Aastra 430 (R2.0) with Gamma SIP trks, 99% of the time all works OK but occasionally the User gets one way speech when a call is transferred. Any help with this one would be gratefully received.

Maybe think of upgrade the system?
in any case have you checked the logs if there in this cases is an error? maybe not enough voip resources in the DSP?
if not DSP resources it is often related to the firewall when you get one way audio.
