Mitel 69XX state-sensitive softkeys on MiVoice Business

Is there a way to program a specific function on the state-sensitive softkeys of a 69XX Mivoice Business phone on rls 8 or 9?

I think these keys are hard-coded however some can be controlled by the COS, e.g.

"Hot Desk Login Accept" option controls visibility of the Hot Desk key
"Multiline Set Phonebook Allowed" option controls visibility of the Phone Book key
"Redial Facilities" option controls visibility of the Redial key
"Voice Mail Softkey" option controls probably if Voice key is visible and so on.
