MSL hangs on Hyper-V

After I install MSL (msl-10.6.13.0.x86_64.iso) on Hyper-V and reboot the machine after the installation is completed the machine hangs (see the attachment).

Any ideas?

It looks upgrading the Windows 10 from 1803 to 1809 solved the problem ;-)
