Call Rerouting
« on: November 08, 2010, 10:33:05 AM »
I have a question about Call Rerouting:

3300 Mxe II MCD 4.0 SP3 T1 trunks.

If DNIS 5110 is set to CRRA to 822 (5312) and that extension is busy should it not follow the 1st alt for 822? I am getting a busy in that situation. If the extension is idle then the call goes through just fine.

no, pretty sure you cant reroute a reroute if that makes sence ??? think if the 822 had CFNA rather than reroute it may work but not 100%

bobcheese is correct.   Can't reroute a reroute.
But...
You can setup station call forwarding and it should follow.

I can change the way this is setup to make it work. It is a temp change from the way it was ringing and I didn't want to go through all of that. Oh well, it was worth a shot.
