MiCollab Certificate Manager is disabled

How do I enable it? we are trying to setup up MiVCR for indirect call recording but the certificate request fails from the MiVCR server.

Also under the MBG settings if Syphers is set to TLS 1.2+ rather than default it wont establish.

On the command-line, check

config show certmgmt
