Is there anyone running Mi Collab version 7.2.2.14 and running 3300 version 8.0SP3?  Mitel docs shows you have to upgrade Mi Collab before upgrading 3300 version.  For us that will be an issue.

il all other versions , Mitel always recommend to upgrade Micollab before Mivb

Yea, if you have a Mitel connect account you can see the compatibility matrix, that combination is unsupported. Now that doesn't mean they it won't work, but it does mean that everything will be broken, it just means that there could be unexpected issues and experiences which they will not support you if your partner calls in a ticket for you.

Thanks for the info.  Wished my vendor knew this before we planned to upgrade the software on our controllers.   >:(
