Hey there,
I'm Maarten and just started a new job for a couple of months now.
They have a mitel system here with the micollab client for pc's and the micollab app for mobile.
I do not have any server rights,so i can not see in the server itself.
I do have a problem with the synchronisation of the micollab app and the micollab client.
If i open het app on my mobile Phone i can change my status to away or in in office......that will change with my client on my pc.
If i go to my callgroup and change if i'm in or out it does not change in my client on my pc.
So my question is : why is there only a sync of my status and not of my callgroup.
This is my first post,so if there is anything not quite clear,let me know!
